How to make easy ramen eggs (ajitama)
the right way
Recipe:
500ml water (2 cups)
100ml shoyu (regular soy sauce will work fine)
100ml mirin (4/10 of a cup lol)
Cold Eggs into Boiling water, 7 minutes
Cool down slightly, use the same pot, save yourself some dishes
Put in Marinade and wait 2 days.
You can of course eat them whenever you want, after 2 days if the best.
