With all the recent brawls it seems CHY MALL is ready to finally comply with the Security Exchange Commission and Ghana Investment Promotion Center.
I have examined Section 3 of the Securities Industry Act 2016 critically.
But the question is will it be that easy? Not entirely so because CHY MALL will only do so under 1 condition... And that will be for SEC and GIPC to notify the company where it has faulted in the Securities Industry Act 2016...
