Microsoft Project 2016 training video on how to change the Task Mode, which is a way of scheduling your tasks either Manually, or Automatically scheduled. For example, when you enter a Task, Project can automatically enter a Duration (with a ? mark, means that Project entered in the Duration), and adjust the Start and Finish Dates, based upon dependencies, constraints, calendar and other factors.
