At SHOT Show 2024 Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) unveiled the User Xchange Rifle, a convertible rifle system with easy-change caliber swapping.
The PWS UXR allows users to simply change out the magazine well, barrel and bolt head in minutes, with a minimal, .5-m.o.a. impact shift. A 7075-series aluminum upper receiver is the gun and houses a titanium trunnion to support the quick-change barrel. An aluminum, M-LOK-equipped handguard protects the left- or right-side swappable, non-reciprocating charging handle, which also folds down to eliminate snags.
A multi-position buttock comes standard, too, with adjustments at the comb, and it folds to the side to make a compact system perfect for the bugout kit, hunting blind or in home for protection. Watch our "New For 2024" video above to see the new UXR live on the range.
