Note that all of this is subject to tremendous amounts of changes and may not make it to live looking at all how we expect now. In particular, the amount of time until we unlock this feature, whether there are any new covenant legendaries (not discussed as a possibility in this video but can't be ruled out), and how much they tune the existing ones are all really important variables to consider.
