MASALA PREPRATION}
CORIANDER 1 Tsp
WHITE CUMIN 1 Tsp
BLACK PEPPER 1/2 Tsp
CARDAMOM 2 Pods
CINNAMON 1 Stick
*Dry roast these spices a bit, then roughly grind them.
MUSTARD OIL 1/2 Cup
ONIONS 4 Medium size (sliced)
*Fry Onions until light brown.
HEATED COAL 1 Piece
*Put heated coal into the oil and cover for 4-5 minutes to get a smoky flavor.
CLOVES 3
Cook for 4 Minutes.
TOMATOES 3 Medium (sliced)
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 Tsp
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 Tsp
SALT 1 Tsp
WATER 2 GLASSES
Cook on high heat for 10-15 Minutes.
YOGHURT
FOIL PAPER
HEATED COAL
OIL 1 Tsp
*Cover for 2 Minutes to get a smoky flavor.
SMOKY YOGHURT 1 Cup
FRIED ONION
*Blend to make a paste.
*Cook on High heat until Water dries up.
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 Tbsp
GREEN CHILLI PASTE 1 Tbsp
*Cook for 2 Minutes
PREPARED PASTE
PREPARED MASALA
*Cook until the oil separates.
FOR GARNISHING}
SMOKY YOGHURT
ONION SPRINGS
