(15 May 2015) French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Beijing on Friday, as part of his visit to China to boost bilateral relations.
Fabius earlier opened a high-level dialogue in Beijing with other senior Chinese officials.
A dozen contracts have been signed to strengthen the educational, academic and sports ties between China and France.
Fabius will also open the 23rd French-Chinese Joint Commission on Trade and Investment and meet Chinese investors, as well as the French business community in Beijing.
