Ingredients for Cameroonian Njangsa Fish 🐟 Sauce:
Fish
Basil
Celery
Spring Onion
Parsley
Ginger
Garlic
Njangsa
Season cube
And Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Tomatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt
Steps to make this sauce:
All ingredients grinded and oil in fire
Add the mixture into the frying oil
Add the fish
Shake it
Add the remaining sauce and stir for
Cook for about 30-45mins
