Ingredients - Betel leaf, Rasam powder, Coriander leaf, Dry Chilli, Tomato, Garlic, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Curry leaf.
Method -
1. Add oil in a pan - splutter Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Dry Chilli & Curry leaf - set aside
2. blend tomato & betel leaf - make puree
3. add rasam powder, coriander leaf & salt in to puree & add water - on a low flame let it come to point of gentle boil - turn off stove
4. add tempered spices to rasam & stir. Done!
