Project Two - review of the strategic planning process.
Mission = Reflects what you do on a daily basis
Vision = short, paints a picture of your desired future.
Critical Mass = resources that can help you reach your vision
Path Steps = strategies that you can invest your resources in that help you reach your goal (vision)
Values = what will not be sacrificed, or what will be pursued as you also strive to reach your vision. eg you can value people (not reaching your goal at the expense of hurting others in some way). Or you can have a value of being fiscally or environmentally responsible.
