President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa has hailed the United Arab Emirates which is hosting the Dubai Expo 2020 for having successfully transformed a former desert into a one-stop business and tourism center.


While speaking at the Dubai Expo, President Museveni urged investors to interest themselves in Uganda as it offers different opportunities for them.
