Musk shared a message that he claimed Rogozin, the head of Russia's federal space agency Roscosmos, had sent to Russian media on Sunday, May 8 (link opens in new tab). The note claimed that the U.S. military had delivered equipment for SpaceX's Starlink satellite-internet system to Ukrainian marines and "militants of the Nazi Azov battalion."
