This is a video showing my 365lb front squat performed to a little below parallel depth, which is a 10lb lifetime personal best. I am specifically using this lift to build quad and core strength for my sumo deadlift. After ramping up to this top single, I performed 2 sets each of pin front squats and pin back squats followed by 5 sets each of Roman chair hip extension, machine leg extensions, and cable trunk side bends.
