In today’s video, i’ll be sharing Sweet Glutinous Rice Balls dessert ( Tang Yuan ) to celebrate Winter Solstice Festival. Tang yuan is typically eaten together with family members on this new year which is the new moon. The significance of this dish is that the round shape of the balls and the bowls in which they are served symbolise family cohesion.
