Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chawal (Rice) ¼ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Chuwaray (Dry dates) chopped 2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1 tbs
-Equal sucralose 3 tbs
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-In mortal & pestle,add soaked rice,crushed coarsely & set aside.
-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add crushed rice,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add cardamom powder & mix well.
-Add dry dates,raisins,almonds and melon seeds,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame until 40% milk is reduce (25-30 minutes) then mash well to desired consistency with the help of wooden masher.
-Add equal sucralose & mix well.
-Add kewra water and mix well.
-Garnish with almonds,dried rose petals & serve chilled.

-Mortal & pestle mein soaked chawal dal dein aur coarsely crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Crushed chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chuwaray,kishmish,badam aur char maghaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein,partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per doodh 40% reh janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes) phir desired consistency anay tak wooden masher ki madada sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Equal sucralose dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kerwa water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Badam aur dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein.
