If you’ve ever walked around Barcelona you have probably seen one of these.
This is “El Caganer”, which literally translates to “the pooper”💩. It is a figurine typical to Catalonia.
Although this may seem vulgar there is a charming meaning behind it -
the idea is that since defecation is something all humans do, it’s a way of putting everyone on the same level.
