Dana Biosphere nature reserve is the largest nature reserve in the country and it's a hiking paradise with the unique unreal landscape. It offers many different hiking trails ranging from a few hours to 40 days for about 600 km long. The hike starts near Dana village at an altitude of around 1700 metres, it plunges downwards to a point around 50 metres below sea level. It was organised by our guesthouse host as a guided tour. Dana valley is one of the must visit places and hiking is one of things to do in the country.
