It comes against the backdrop of increasing US-China tensions, with both sides exchanging barbs over the origins of the coronavirus. Mr Ridzwan Rahmat, principal defence analyst at defence consultancy firm Janes, shared his thoughts on defence diplomacy and how COVID-19 is affecting the region's security landscape.
