Today we're checking out Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer. Quite possibly the strongest red creature ever printed. There's a good reason why it's the most expensive card in Modern Horizons 2. Not only is it a Savannah Lions that can be hasty if you want it to, but it also steals your opponent's cards, and ramps you by producing artifact tokens which can be useful in many different ways. This 2/1 Monkey Pirate has everything going for it. So today I'll be showing how I built around it.
