FOR PATTERN
cast on 31 (sts increase round)
Row1: k all sts .( your actual pattern is k all sts but you wanna slip your last st for every single row in order to get the smooth edge and that will make easier to sew the boots at last)
Row2: k1,inc1,k14,inc1,k1,inc1,k14,inc1,k1
Row3: k all sts
Row4: k2,inc1,k14,inc1,k3,inc1,k14,inc1,k2
Row5: k all sts
Row 6: k3,inc1,k14,inc1,k5,inc1,k14,inc1,k3
Row7: k all sts
Row8: k4,inc1,k14,inc1,k7,inc1,k14,inc1,k4
Row9: k all sts
Then continue knitting with following row 9 until you finish row 17.
