This guided meditation from the Chopra App asks you to lie down, if possible, and slowly bring awareness to different parts of your body. Starting with your feet, and scanning your body upwards, Chopra's Chief Meditation Officer, Roger Gabriel, will help you bring attention to your breath and relax your body incrementally.
Roger helps you turn your attention inward with the goal of full body relaxation. Lastly, he asks you to bring your attention to your brain, using your breath to purify and cleanse your thoughts and emotions, dismissing thoughts that no longer serve you.
