Clinical Features:
85 years old female patient came with
- Severe right upper abdominal pain
- Vomiting
- Palpable right hypochondriac tender lump
Ultrasound Findings:
- Thick-walled distended gall bladder.
- Lumen is filled with hypoechogenic fluid with echogenic granular moving particles.
- Positive sonological Murphy's sign.
- Mild ascites.
