A Winnipeg company is being accused of fabricating drug and alcohol test results for Canadian truck drivers who travel to the U.S. Precision Health Ltd. was hired by Manitoba trucking companies to test drivers, but police allege for nearly a year and a half, the tests were never done but reports were issued as if they had been.
