The Pilates Ladder Barrel Intermediate / Advanced workout is a full body workout using this incredible and versatile piece of the traditional Pilates equipment. We blend traditional and nontraditional pilates exercises to make this a dynamic and challenging workout for anyone who is at an intermediate or advanced level. All muscle groups are worked during this program. Be sure that you, or your clients, have mastered the beginner level exercises before attempting these more advanced exercises.
