Ingredients
For Base
300-400grams tennis biscuits
1 tbsp butter
3-5 tbsp milk
Form a dough consistency to form base. Bake for 3-5 min at 160°c.
For the Milk
Boil 700 ml milk or 3 cups.
add 1 tbsp butter.
1 xl egg or 2 small/medium eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 Tbsp corn flour.
1 tsp Cinnamon powder for the topping.
