This video is for my buddy, who is having noise issues on his cb radio. It does this on any radio he hooks up. He's talking on a new IMAX 2000 antenna, installed a few weeks ago. I suggested checking his ground on the antenna. Any suggestions?
UPDATE: IT TURNED OUT TO BE A LOSE BARREL CONNECTOR! After trying several radios and ruling out amp relays, jumpers, bad meters, it turned out to be just a lose barrel connector.
