A lot of companies since Covid have really been functioning in that reactive phase. It's almost a bad habit. You know, sometimes old habits die hard and it's really hard to transfer that from the Covid way of functioning, where we are being really reactive because we had to be - to being more proactive in nature and thinking strategically and long-term. So really, you know, taking that time, taking that step back to listen and hear the needs. But then also thinking, where do we see ourselves in 30 days? But not just 30 days, where do we see ourselves in six months from now or even a year from now? What are our revenue goals? How are we working together to move the needle?
So keeping that vision and that focus in our forefront of our minds, like that's really what we're here to do. So really that overall function of thinking about moving the needle and how to improve revenue. But also improve your mission and vision of your company as well.
