It is Wednesday, and it is time for a reset.
Sit comfortably in a chair. Breathe fully, inhaling and exhaling through your nose. Relax your shoulders. Place your hands on your lap, with your palms up. Simply listen to the sounds of nature.

What is Forest or Nature Bathing?
It is a Japanese practice that involves spending time in the forest. It is a slow and intentional walk in nature, immersing oneself in the natural environment.
Studies report the following benefits:
- Lowered blood pressure and anxiety levels
- Enhanced feelings of calmness, happiness, and cognitive function
- Reduced stress hormone cortisol levels
- Improved sleep quality
