Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Sunday announced a conditional ceasefire with the Taliban to mark the Muslim Eid al-Adha holiday, despite the heavy fighting seen over recent days in Ghazni city. President Ghani said the ceasefire would only be implemented if the Taliban respects it.
