Ingredients:
1/2 Diced Onion
1.3KG Extra Lean Beef Mince (raw weight)
Seasoning Mix: 1 Tsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 2 Tsp Paprika, 1 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1.5 Tsp Oregano (or your choice of seasonings)
4 Diced Garlic Cloves
120g Tomato Paste
90g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese)
80g Light Shredded Cheddar
100ml Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce
Coriander/Cilantro
10 Large Tortillas (Simsons Pantry Low Carb Large Protein Wraps)
1KG Cooked White Rice (100g per burrito - 10 total)

High Protein Nacho Cheese Sauce:
400g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Salt
100g Light Cheddar Cheese
50ml Low Fat Milk
Blend for around 2 minutes until smooth & creamy & equally distribute across all 10 burritos (approximately 50g sauce per burrito)
Important Notes:
Before filling & rolling the burrito place the tortilla on a pan with the heat on low & warm it up on each side for around 1 minutes, this will prevent it from breaking.
To store & reheat the burritos:
Take a burrito out the freezer, remove the foil, wrap the burrito in a paper towel, place in the microwave for around 2 minutes, then air fry at 190C/375F for 5 - 8 minutes (times may vary slightly - the last reheating step can also be done in an oven or on a pan)
