In Ethiopia's Tigray region, due to conflict more than 3,000 schools have been damaged and more than 1.7 million children have been displaced. The USAID Youth division in the Bureau for Africa supports the USAID/LEGO Foundation Childhood Development Activity, implemented by Save the Children in partnership with seven local organizations, to build parents’ capacity to help their children’s learning in literacy and numeracy.
