Enter the sale amount - Press Enter - Enter the card number - Enter the expiry date and the 3-digit security code - Press Enter
0:30 Pre-authorization
Select Pre-Auth from the main or new transaction menu - Press New - Insert, swipe, or key in card details - Enter the amount - Proceed in the usual way
1:10 Completing the pre-authorized credit card transaction
Select Completion from the main or new transaction menu - Insert, swipe or key in card details - Enter the final amount - Add the Host Reference Number from the pre-authorized receipt - Ask the customer to enter the PIN if requested
