The two styles of clubhouses are a single-story and a two-story, and this is the two-story option. This video demonstrates the location, exterior, and interior options for the Motorcycle Clubhouse at 2214 Clinton Avenue in Downtown Vinewood.
In the two-story clubhouse, all of the essential facilities such as the garage, Open Road computer, bed, clothing closet, gun closet, and boardroom are all on the first floor. The living area with TV, bar, dart board, and arm wrestling table are all upstairs.
You can use the clubhouses as a spawn location and you can store your motorcycles in the garage, but there is no real advantage to having your clubhouse close to the businesses that your MC owns. In addition to spawn location and garage accessibility, when deciding which clubhouse is right for you, consider which of these factors are most important to you:
Downtown Vinewood MC to:
Los Santos Customs Shop - Ok
Airfield - Bad, none nearby
Ammunation - Good
At this MC, there is plenty of room to easily land a helicopter near the entrance.
