With constant prices hikes, Kodak momentarily shutting their factory down, Kodak limiting the purchasing of their vision 3 cinema film, and more, there are consistent challenges for film. That being said, there is more and more companies that are creating new film products in 2025, that I think could really be a changing moment for film going forward. If they garner enough success, they could potentially drive Kodak or Fujifilm to create some new, unique, film products. Alternatively, if these products fail, we could be looking at the beginning of the end for film in the digital, modern era. What do you think, is this year as monumental as I make it out to be?
