Dramatic footage shows a man being tasered by police as he attempted to steal a car from a marine corps veteran at the end of a day-long crime spree.Volusia County deputies in Florida say Anthony Gunther broke into two vehicles and stole a Jaguar from a car dealership.
He then led deputies on an aerial chase that ended with him trying to carjack a man before a deputy used a Taser to stop him.Authorities said the string of crimes began Tuesday at about 4.04 pm in Seville when a woman reported she saw someone trying to break into her vehicle that was parked in her driveway. At the end of the day, David Final, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, jostled with Gunther as he tried to steal his SUV before police arrived and tasered him.
He told Channel 9 he was examining a house boat that he was considering buying Tuesday when he saw the Jaguar car pull up beside his pickup truck.
