Easiest way to get this trophy/achievement is with a friend. Simple join a party so you are on the same server, enter a PVP area and leave the party. Mark yourself for blood which enables pvp actions and Kill your friend 5 times. Your friend loses nothing if they die, only some money for repairing the gear.
Important note is do not do this on Hardcore mode for obvious reasons :D
