Joe first demonstrates WOCA Antique Lye, which helps you give the wood a smoky appearance which is a bit different than the effect achieved with Rubio Smoke.
Then Joe demos Rubio Smoke, which actually ages the wood and also reacts directly to the amount of tannins present.
