Bracing is a concept that comes naturally to some people, but not at all to others... and that’s ok!
It is a skill that can be developed with practice and something you can ALWAYS get better at!
So if you struggle to be confident when someone says "keep your belly tight" or "flex your abs" or "brace hard" or whatever the cool kids are calling it these days, get your hands on your torso and give yourself an intrinsic feeling for it.. then put it to practice with your lifts!
When you develop the ability to create tension whenever you want, then when you need it later it’ll be there to support you!
