Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Governor of Telangana, has said that pregnant women should recite the 'Sunderkand' from Ramayana to have 'mentally sound' children. Soundararajan, a gynecologist and fetal therapist, recommended chanting the 'Sunderkand' and reading epics like the Ramayana during the launch of the 'Garbha Sanskar' program, organized by an RSS-linked body.
