The NATO gathering in England has been overshadowed by footage of the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, apparently mocking Donald Trump.
Leaders of the military alliance agreed a statement of unity and acknowledged the challenges posed by China and Russia.
But, on the sidelines, divisions were on full display.
