Growing Roses 1st Tip to help germination, is to let the seeds air dry for 24 hours. Then place them in a baggie and put them in the refrigerator for 3 weeks. This will put the seed into dormancy. This process is called Cold Stratification. You will have better success in getting the rose seeds to sprout if you do this.
