However my overall experience from the customer service from them in the UK was bad . They never correctly sent my pre paid voucher to the US and I was then charged the full amount in US dollars and the converted in to UK pounds. Alamo's answer in the UK was that it wasn't anything to do with them . I have sent them an email of which they did not reply. I got charged an extra £60 because of their error . They are happy to take your money but not willing to take responsibility for any mistakes.
