Today, let's make a momo recipe which is truly unique, Name wise it is Veg Bhutani Momos, taste wise fantastic! These are similar to chilli and gravy momos, but different at the same time!

Cabbage : 1 Small (grated)
Carrot - 1
Onion - 2
Garlic - 5-6
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt - to taste
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
Pepper - to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Momo Dough - Maida - 200g
Salt - to taste
Water - to make dough
Oil - to fry / Water - to steam
For Coating - Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 3 tbsp
Stuffing of momos - 3-4 tbsp
Capsicum - few pieces
Green chilli - 2-3 chopped
Momo Chutney - 4 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to season
Flavoring Salt - 1 pinch
Water - 1 cup
Corn starch - 1 tbsp
Spring Onions - to garnish
