If any recruiting agent have grabbed huge amount from you for the purpose of providing employment in foreign country and has not returned the amount or arranged any visa for you may file an application to Director General FIA against that recruiting agent (Overseas Employment promoter) . Even that recurring is holding an license or not, the legal proceedings can be initiated.
