Hopefully this helps someone, had installed a new radiator only couple months ago, and all of a sudden the nipple broke. I was driving when all of a sudden steam started coming from the hood, I quickly pulled over and let it cool down. I've noticed that the nipple was melted and did not hold the hose whatsoever. This is only a temporary solution, but it looks like it can go for some time. I like to thank randy johnson1972, Anthony Nastasi, and navygse1 for the idea.
What you need
* Screwdriver/Drill bit to bore out the hole for appropriate size, make sure it's little bit less then the fitting, that way the threads are made in the plastic.
* Bard fitting. (I used barb, but you can use what ever, as long as it's long enough to clamp onto the hose.) Make sure other end is THREADED, this is crucial.
*3/8" Hose ID x 1/4" NPT Male fitting

* Time (Best if you let it sit overnight, 24+ hours, but JB weld states that can be cured within 6 hours, YMMV)
