In this episode I'm doing the valve clearance on the Bullit Bluroc 125. This Chinese/Belgium motorcycle comes with a 125cc engine, which is a copy of the Suzuki GN 125 engine and it is used in quite a few Chinese motorcycles.
I got the valve clearance tolerances directly from Bullit, and they are as follows: - Intake 0.08mm - 0.10mm
- Exhaust 0.08mm - 0.10mm
After doing the valve clearance the engine run much better and the engine stalling issue was resolved.
