1) Stand tall, with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands on your hips.
2) Lower your body by hinging at the hips and knees into an approximate quarter squat position and explode up as high as you can.
3) Land softly with both feet on the ground at the same time and repeat for designated number of reps.
