Mirehouse & Gardens, are located in Keswick, The Lake District, England. The extensive property offers natural walks and gardens in the beautiful English countryside with a historic church by the lake. Mirehouse and Bee Garden is a garden renovated and extended in the 1990s. The gardens are a pleasant garden to walk around. They include a Heather maze and Herb Garden. You can also choose to look inside the Mirehouse building, which we did. The house is still lived in by the present owners who open the house and garden to the public. Mirehouse is not open during the winter months so check opening times and admission costs first. We enjoyed our visit to Mirehouse and Gardens and would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.
