In a newly released report on Boeing’s 737 Max, congressional investigators heavily criticized the airplane manufacturer for ignoring blatant flaws in its system. The report also lays blame on the FAA for not thoroughly investigating the plane that led to the deaths of 346 people. Kris Van Cleave has more.
