I'll use a Lodge cast iron skillet to sauté asparagus in butter and garlic, then cover it with freshly sliced prosciutto and the poached egg. Naturally, I'll top it off with a splash of Texas Pete Hot Sauce, and I might share some with my dog since you didn't show up again! Ha Ha Ha!!!!
